Goldilocks’ new Salted Caramel Popcorn Cake consists of three soft layers of vanilla chiffon frosted and filled with salted caramel buttercream. And there are cashew and dark chocolate chips in between these cake layers to add some crunch and contrast.
Where’s the popcorn, you might ask? It’s the “icing” on the cake! The top part is covered in a layer of caramel swirls with crunchy caramel-coated popcorn sitting on top of it and enclosed in a circle of toasted marshmallow fluff.
